
Lao-Japan Human Resource Development Institute (LJI) was established on May 20, 2010 as a succeeding organization of Lao-Japan Human Resource Cooperation Center, a 10-year fruitful bilateral cooperation project between the National University of Laos and Japan International Cooperation Agency. LJI seeks to establish itself as an institute of excellence in buiding friendy relationships and cooperation between Lao PDR and Japan in developing human resources in business management area for use in socio-economic development in the lao PDR as well as in ASEAN economic integration. The institute will also serve as a platform for cultural exchange activities between the Lao and Japan people as well as among the peoples of the ASEAN nations
